Suggested use:

Body Bio requires 250 mg per dosage. The label use to state 250 mg of K-Bicarb. The maximum amount of potassium that can go into a capsule legally is 99 mg. The balance of the mg strength 151 mg is Bicarbonate. The product has not changed.
