Xlear® is a saline nasal wash that promotes the removal of harmful invaders from your sinuses. Xlear® features the key ingredient xylitol, a naturally occurring substance found in many fruits. Xylitol supports the blocking of invaders from attaching and spreading in your sinuses, and harmlessly washes them away.

How and When to use Xlear®
For optimal benefit, tilt your head forward and seal off the nasal passage by pressing your finger against one side of your nose. Close your mouth and give the bottle a quick, firm squeeze, inhaling deeply to pull the mist into the sinus cavities. Do this once for each nostril.
Adults and children should use Xlear® 3 to 4 times a day for the first 2 to 4 weeks of usage. After the first month, it should be used twice a day as a preventative measure.
